Welcome to SUPER FIX SERVICE. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Scope & Responsibility
Independent Service Provider: SUPER FIX SERVICE is an independent, third-party service center. We are not affiliated with the original manufacturers of the appliances we repair unless explicitly stated.
Doorstep Service: Our technicians will visit your provided address to diagnose and repair your appliances (AC, Fridge, Washing Machine, TV).
Inspection Fee: A mandatory service/inspection charge of ₹350 applies to every visit. This fee covers the technician’s time and diagnosis. If you choose to proceed with the repair, this fee is inclusive of our professional service estimate.
2. Warranties
We stand by the quality of our work to ensure your peace of mind:
Service Warranty: We provide a 30-day service warranty on the specific fault addressed by our technician. This warranty does not cover new issues that arise in different parts of the appliance.
Spare Parts Warranty: Any new spare parts replaced by our team carry a 90-day warranty from the date of installation.
Voiding of Warranty: Our warranties become void if the appliance is tampered with, repaired by another service provider, or damaged due to misuse, power surges, or improper handling after our service visit.
3. Payments
We accept payments via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Cash, Net Banking, and Debit/Credit Cards.
Payment is due immediately upon the completion of the service visit or as agreed upon by the technician for complex repairs.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Access: Please ensure that our technician has safe and clear access to the appliance.
Information: Please provide accurate details regarding the appliance’s brand, model, and the issues you are experiencing so we can prepare accordingly.
Safety: Please ensure a safe working environment for our staff.
5. Website Content & AI-Generated Imagery
The content on our website is for informational purposes.
AI Imagery: We use AI-generated images for illustrative and customer identification purposes. These images represent our services and are not actual photographs of specific customer homes or past service sites.
6. Limitation of Liability
SUPER FIX SERVICE shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. While we take the utmost care with your property, we are not responsible for pre-existing defects or issues caused by normal wear and tear of older appliances.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
